AI-search visibility platform

Show up in Google and AI answers with autonomous entity tools

One platform that finds what AI search is missing about your business, builds the evidence to answer it, publishes it to your own site, and then measures whether the engines started citing you. 28 standalone automation tools sit underneath it, and 15 campaign recipes remain for anyone who wants to aim a push by hand.

The Ranking Factory unifies every SEO automation layer — entity reinforcement, cloud distribution, schema propagation, and AI visibility — into one adaptive system. It doesn't just create assets; it connects them, strengthens them, and learns from them.

“Automation isn’t about doing more — it’s about removing the things that slow you down.” — Patrick Tuttle

What it measures, and where it publishes

The engine runs on these. Every one of them either reads a surface AI search actually uses, or puts evidence somewhere it can be read back.

Core Analysis & Intelligence

Site check

One address in, one prioritised list out — no keys or connections needed. Runs the SEO and GEO audits together and folds in your AI visibility results, then orders everything by what to act on first: blockers where AI can't read you at all, services AI isn't naming you for, being named but not cited, machine legibility, then emerging standards. Every finding says what we found, why it matters, what to do, and who does it — the engine, a snippet you paste, or a developer.

GEO & Agent Readiness Audit

Checks AI-crawler access (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, CCBot, Google-Extended), schema inventory and content structure — plus a JavaScript-rendering check that catches content Google can read and AI crawlers can't. Agent-readiness is scored separately: Content Signals in robots.txt, RFC 8288 Link headers, llms.txt, /.well-known API catalog, MCP server card and markdown-for-agents, so unproven extras never inflate the headline. Branded PDF export.

Agent access (MCP)

A read-only MCP server over your own account, so an AI agent — or an analyst's own tooling — can ask about your data instead of screenshotting a dashboard. Mint a scoped token in Settings → Agent access: named, shown once, revocable. Point any MCP client at it (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, the Claude API, anything that takes a bearer header) and ask in plain language. On Agency and Enterprise, Claude can connect by signing in instead, with no token to copy: add a custom connector with the address https://therankingfactory.com/api/mcp, sign in, and choose whether it reads every project or just one. A connection given one project reads that project and nothing else. Ten tools, across four scopes you grant separately: your visibility runs and per-topic measurement, the sources engines actually cited, your evidence-gap list, the published-evidence ledger and the evidence pool behind any one topic, your answerability scores, and the entity, claims and sources your pages declare about you. Narrow any of them to one project, or ask across the account and be told that is what you got. Every rate arrives with the sample size behind it, so a number cannot be repeated without what it was measured over. Either way in opens the agent endpoint and nothing else — neither is a login, and a stolen session cannot drive it. Keys on Growth and up, and included in the trial; signing in on Agency and Enterprise.

Answerability

Whether a page actually ANSWERS the question it is about, judged the way an engine reads it rather than by word count. Before anything is written, two or three of your own AI providers settle the shape of the answer and the elements the page has to carry - the direct answer, the figures, the caveats, the sources - and the writer is handed that contract, so the draft is built against it instead of being graded after the fact. Before the page goes out we check it against the same contract, quoting the sentence that carries each element, so "it is on the page" is something you can see rather than something we assert. Grading pages already published is optional and runs on your own credit only when you switch it on; pages that miss elements can be rebuilt in shape without rewriting them from scratch, and your answerability scores are readable by your own AI through agent access.

AI Visibility Tracker

Tracks your brand across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and DeepSeek — with an AI Visibility Score, share of voice vs competitors, sentiment, citation probability per engine, and trends over time. Plus robots.txt/llms.txt/schema readiness audits. Scheduled or on demand, with optional repeat sampling that reports stability separately from rate. Rates are reported with 95% confidence intervals and the sample size behind them, and each run records which engines it measured — runs on different engine sets aren't plotted on one trend line, because AI answers vary between runs and a single run is a sample, not a verdict.

Google AI Overview tracking

Whether Google's AI Overview names you for the searches you choose — read from a live Google results page, not from a model API. Presence and citation are reported separately, with the sources the overview drew on instead, so you can see who it used and why. Checked weekly, or daily if you prefer — an AI Overview is generated and two looks on the same day can differ, so more readings give a firmer rate and the cost is list length rather than accuracy. You get counts across several checks with the sample size, never a percentage from one reading. Open any search for its source history: which sites the overview keeps returning to, which it used once, and where you sit — and hand any of them straight to the Evidence Engine as work. Kept as its own surface and never folded into the AI Visibility score — they measure different things and averaging them would describe neither. Runs on your own DataForSEO account, only for searches you chose.

Competitor gaps you can act on in one click

Searches where a rival sits on page one and you do not appear, built from rank checks you already pay for. Each one can be handed straight to the Evidence Engine: it becomes a topic on that project, gets scanned for what is missing, and the page gets written on your own site. Where a search is really a longer way of asking something you already cover, you can file it under that topic instead of starting a new one.

Evidence Engine (autonomous) *

A hands‑off GEO loop: it finds where AI and Google are missing your business, builds the evidence they look for, publishes it, and re-measures on later visibility runs whether anything changed — every 3 hours on Enterprise, 4 on Agency, 6 on Growth, without clicks. As your authority grows it also discovers new topics you're emerging for (and ones competitors own) and expands what it tracks. It publishes by default and reports what it did; a review‑before‑publish setting holds every page written for your own site for your approval if you prefer — the Docs, Sheets and decks that go to your Google Drive are not held. * Always‑on on the Growth plan and up; on Starter you can run it on demand.

Re-align published pages

Rewrites a page we already published so that what it says about your product agrees with how YOU describe it — your one line, and your own pages and videos about it. The page keeps its structure and links, the sentences that defined your product without your say-so are named and dropped, and nothing replaces the live page until you have read the rewrite and approved it. On WordPress, a post you set back to draft is updated and stays a draft until you publish it.

Written only from your own material

Every writer is given your own pages and videos on the subject it is writing about, and may say what your business does only from them, from your own words, or from a source it has read. A topic that names one of your products which nothing of yours explains is not written until you say what it is. Figures nobody supplied and claims nothing supports are cut before anything is published.

Entity Hub (self‑updating)

Build and validate your brand entity and Wikidata identity, backed by a Google Sheet "triple store" of your facts. Embed that Sheet in a Google Site once and every entity edit re‑syncs it automatically — your hub stays current with no manual work.

The individual signal-building tools and the 15 campaign recipes are all still here, and several are what the Evidence Engine drives under the hood. They are not the way in any more, which is why they have their own page rather than this one.
