Entity Stack
What Entity Stack Does
Entity Stack creates your brand's digital identity layer. It generates: - Organisation schema JSON-LD - Google Sheets entity data store - Google Docs brand article - Blogger definition post - Google Sites hub HTML - Wikidata draft All assets are cross-linked and optimised for AI search engines.
Before You Start
1. Connect at least one Google Account. 2. Add an AI provider key (Gemini is free). 3. Have your brand name, website URL, and a brief description ready.
Step 1: Enter Your URL
Open Tools → Entity Stack. Paste your website URL and click "Analyze URL". The AI scans your site and auto-detects your brand name, category, description, and topics.
Step 2: Review Details
Check the auto-filled fields and correct anything wrong: - Brand Name - official business name - Brand Category - what you do (e.g. "SEO Automation Software") - Brand Description - short factual paragraph - Founding Year - SameAs URLs - social profiles, one per line - Knows About - expertise topics, one per line
Step 3: Run & Use Results
Click "Run Entity Stack". When done you'll see: - Created Assets - links to Sheets, Docs, and Blogger post - Organisation Schema - copy and add to your website's <head> - Wikidata Draft - generates a QuickStatements batch to create your Wikidata entity item - Sites Hub HTML - paste into a Google Site via Insert → Embed → Embed code Add all created asset URLs to your website's sameAs schema property.
Brand: "Austin Emergency Plumber" → Analyze URL → auto-fills category "Emergency Plumbing Services" → Run → creates Sheets store, Docs article, Blogger post → add schema to website
Run Entity Stack before any campaigns. The entity foundation makes all subsequent signals stronger.
